13-5-19

I've taken photos of this house before. It nearly always grabs my attention as I walk by it. Perhaps I'll write a sit-com that takes place inside of it one day. Or a narrative based on a Raymond Carver short story. Or similar. Or maybe I'll just take another photograph of this house in a month or two.

Storm clouds and blue skies. Manipulated, of course, it wasn't nearly this monumental, though it is a photograph, so it is real in some sense.

Apparently this is why I live here. Now I have the photograph. Can I go home now?

Fashionable urban gardens are appearing everywhere, it seems. The tax break must be significant.

Summer must be close because the sun is prying its way in through the north facing windows early in the morning now.

When I depressed the shutter release the clock said 11:59. The viewfinder opened again after the picture was taken the clock read 12:00. If you look closely in the top right corner you'll see the one clock had already ticked over. In a way this is a photograph of the edge of a day.

13-5-1

Someone had too much time on his hands.
