I've worked with Jesse for 8 or so years. Today was his last day at work. Here's to bigger and better. I'd say "best of luck" but it's your personality and skill that will lead to your ongoing success.

Vitamin D.
The science vs the poetic. It's always a struggle. I get it, I get it. The sun hits your face and UVB rays are absorbed by your skin which converts it with surprising efficiency into vitamin D. And then you get fancy strong bones and stuff because with vitamin D your body can take Calcium and make it into strong stuff.
There are suggestions that Vitamin D will also help you stave off cancer of the breast or prostate type, so it's an equal opportunity cancer resister. It might help fight depression, high blood pressure, and some other stuffs too, though there's little evidence of some of this stuff. But strong bones are a good thing, and it definitely helps with that.
It just felt good to have the sun on my face. What's the scientific argument for that?
