This is a cell phone camera picture. It's Google's "nightvision" mode where the phone camera takes a bunch of photos while you hold the phone as steady as you can and it pastes them all together in layers to give you a photo like this. I took this photo at 8pm-ish, when night had most definitely fallen, and most of this was black. And somehow the phone pulled a photo out of the darkness.
