10-8-31

I suppose eventually I would have to run out of cars to take photographs of. The rain outside helped detour me and limit my exposure to the outside world. That, and the fact that I stepped on a carpet nailing strip, barefoot. Those buggers are sharp, and there's somewhere in the neighborhood of eight to ten punctures through the soft tissue around where my toes are attached to the rest of me. Ouch.
To be honest, the third picture of a car (yesterday) was an accident. I mean, I took the photograph on purpose, but I wasn't thinking about old cars and nostalgia etc. The scene just grabbed my attention. There have been colour photographs that I've ignored this week though, since black and white seems to be the theme. The glazed carrots I made with dinner last night displayed an indescribable orange, deep and rich, (and they tasted good too) but the photograph of them gets buried on a hard drive with so many others that will never see blog-light. Oh well.
Six down, one to go.
