Another titan of the industry falls. Over $6 million in debts owed, selling toys for adults. How is that possible?

"We were just a bit sluggish to respond to (the post pandemic market)." It's a special type of incompetence in the world of retail that spawns a statement as dumb as that. They won't be missed.

Top photo; Rohloff chain tool. $129 or so a lifetime ago. There's a newer version available for just a bit more. Middle picture, a BMX and 9spd Park chain tool nestling a Campagnolo freehub tool. Everything there is obsolete. Bottom picture; truing stand with a long lost iteration of QBP bike tube packaging in the background, to show how old my artifacts are of an industry I was once a part of. I miss it. I don't miss it.

Canon S120. Not a great camera. Those curved power lines.....

Richmond Night Market. Once every 5 years is about right. It's been about 5 years since I was here.

Sanity kept. At 22 degrees Celsius. For the most part.
