Funny, as I was posting a couple of days ago I was wondering what happened to those strange trailer things that looked like tarps draped over some odd "thing" that would be seen around Vancouver from time to time. And then today, for no good reason, I was at 57th and Prince Albert in Vancouver, I never go there, and there it was.
