Renovation by fire. Well, maybe not in this case. The restaurant next door was apparently set on fire by a disgruntled ex-employee though the disgruntlement of the ex-employee was apparently justified. The restaurant owner was a bit of a dick. Just happens that this is the fifth or sixth fire on and around this block in the last 10 years and each time a fancy new condo goes up on the site.
