21-3-17

Day 4 in a row of pizza. I'm figuring out slight variations in the crust and alternating toppings under or over the cheese. This one turned out better than the last three. The crust needs an herb or maybe some sort of rock salt, and it could be thinner. I'll want a pizza steel and a pizza peel before making the next one. This one was pretty great. Peppered salami, mushrooms, and sundried tomatoes. There are a few anchovies on there too.
