Lou Barlow played a solo show at the Rickshaw. And it was really good.
I've been listening to some form of Dinosaur Jr, Sebadoh, and Folk Implosion for 30+ years.
On a random trip to Toronto a bunch of years ago I walked into the Horseshoe Tavern and bought a cheap ticket to see Sebadoh.
And tonight Lou played an accoustic set at the Rickshaw.
He writes beautiful, sad, soulful songs. And I feel lucky to have seen him play live twice.
