 Life goals

20-9-20

Keep the light on, until this American Government is no longer the Current Government. Plus it just looks great.

So beautiful.

Watch habits are funny. I'm selling a couple. Might buy another. This is a good watch. There's no reason for me to sell it, so I'm selling it.

The problem with Blogger

So this is the first problem. Every image I've uploaded has been the same resolution and scaled to the same size for the blog. And yet some are full sized, and some are somewhat smaller. For no reason. I don't like this. I've re-uploaded. I've double checked the resolution. I've deleted and redone the posts. Blogger is a mess. The new format has been available for a while. I've clicked "revert to old blogger" more than once as they slowly roll out this new format. Sadly, the "revert" button is gone. This is what I'm stuck with.

How is this an improvement?

I'll look for a feedback button. I'm not sure it exists. I'm not sure that if it exists that it will result in any real change.

First world problems.

But I guess that's where I live.

Taken mid afternoon. Forest fires. There's not a cloud in the sky in this photograph.

Something like 300 people live in this park. The rainy fall is coming. Homelessness is a real thing.

5 pounds of beef short ribs. 3 hours of simmering away from being butter tender and full of flavour, after a bit of a time on the barbeque, of course.

Oscar. And a dirty window.

20-9-1

I went hiking with this kid. She's got a very healthy infatuation with "old man" shirts. It makes me very happy.

Porta 160 shot on a Nikon F100 for the next few days. Also, Blogger has forced the new editor upon us. I don't know what that means. Some learning curve, obviously, and I get that Blogger is a rapidly dying format, but I liked it, mostly, enough, but the new editor might mean a more concerted effort to find something different that makes me happier. Maybe.
