Spring.

18-4-28

Sourdough. Early stages.

18-4-27

Nope. Not with my phone. Not with a camera. Nothing.

So how about some photographs by Olga Petroff to make it up to you.

18-4-26

Les Faux Bourgeois bartender.

18-4-25

Limbs of the Stars.

18-4-24

This wall gets knocked down next month, or soon after that. I'm going to miss it.

18-4-23

Film in this one too. Half shot, or so, which is poetic for a half frame camera... too many distractions. Not complaining.

I know, I know, the damned watch shows quarter after midnight. So I'm cheating. But the EXIF data shows it was taken before midnight. Regardless, it's the picture I have. So it's the picture you get.

18-4-11

It's that season again.

18-4-10

Some time ago there stood a run down house on that site where the yellow one is now.

Today's word is "fenestration." Everything I know about fenestration suggests this is an abomination. Misaligned and random, with no consideration for structure or pattern. And yet it's somehow soothing. Maybe. I'm not sure.

These two. No words.

18-4-8

Beef Bourguignon. Test run. The onions are delicious. More next time, and a more aggressive sear on the beef. Pretty close. Very delicious.

Retirement for the Sedins. Good game...

18-4-6

I quite like this building.

18-4-5

Developed some film tonight. (see yesterday's post..)

18-4-4

I bought a Yashica 35MF film camera for $70. It's worth $30. Vintage stuff is fashionable, next year it would cost me $150. Strange days. Monique; this picture is everything I hoped it would be. A bit out of focus. A bit over exposed. And full of an amazing smile.

18-4-3

I have a dozen of these mugs. 6 are still in a box in a cupboard, never used. All stolen from a coffee shop/diner that went out of business a decade ago. Brilliant little things. Perfect for coffee the way I drink it.

Simple things.

This is what a housing crisis in the world's most expensive city looks like.

3 for the price of 1. I mean, it's free, right?

18-3-31

Troll under the bridge. I've driven over it a dozen or more times. Finally got to see it.

18-3-29

Seattle. What you do when you're here.

18-3-28

Six Flags, California. Spring break 2018.

18-3-27

Breakfast for dinner, somewhere in the USA.
