Because I had nothing else to do I decided to build a smoker out of an old filing cabinet I had. Smoke is coming out of it. I think that means it works. It doesn't get quite hot enough though. I'll have to throw another burner in the lower drawer, meat racks are in the upper drawer, or will be in a day or so.
