The SkyTrain track weaves its way through the fabric of this city and is the drive behind so many developments. I live near the SkyTrain. A house 2 blocks away from me sold for twice the assessed value this week. $2.4 million dollars. It's an unreal amount. I hope that amount of money finds my house in about 5 years. Sooner even. Why not?
